Run a portfolio-scale decarbonization analysis across all analysis-ready assets in a Soapbox portfolio. For each asset: pulls Audette decarb plan (physics), runs Soapbox DCF engine (financial model), applies LL/TT allocation decision tree, screens measures by IRR ≥ hurdle. Aggregates to fund-level and portfolio-level summary. Produces presentation-ready HTML report. Works for any client portfolio — parameters are fully configurable per run. Spec 2 of 2 — portfolio ingestion (Spec 1) is a prerequisite.
