把 PI 级别的研究工作做成可操作的组合视图：每个有产出的项目一行，记录目标、当前阶段、下一个不可逆决策、下一步动作、负责人、截止、依赖、风险和来源证据。用于周会规划、截止雷达、优先级排序和状态汇报，把零散笔记和文件整理成可执行的研究组合。重点是面向结果而不是文件，方便平衡工作量与决策。

# Manage research portfolio

1. Gather current evidence from `00_Active_Now`, recent files, calendar or email when authorized, and existing trackers.
2. Create one row per outcome-bearing project, not one row per file.
3. Record objective, current stage, next irreversible decision, next action, owner, deadline, dependency, risk, confidence, and source evidence.
4. Distinguish hard external deadlines from internal targets and undated aspirations.
5. Rank work by scientific or strategic value, deadline pressure, dependency leverage, and PI attention required.
6. Produce a weekly command brief: wins, deadlines in 14/30/90 days, blocked items, decisions only Bowen can make, delegated actions, an
