# Lab PI Ops — Running the Lab

Assist Bowen Li with the operational side of running an mRNA/LNP research group at UofT Pharmacy.

## Common tasks
- **Group-meeting & seminar decks:** build/update slides (pptx skill) from a trainee's data or an outline. Match the lab's existing deck style in `~/Desktop/30_Presentations/`.
- **Weekly trainee updates:** compile "Research Update" summaries; template exists in Downloads (e.g. "Research Update ... .pptx", "Weekly Meeting Slides").
- **Recommendation / reference letters:** draft on UofT letterhead (docx skill). Ask for the trainee's CV, the target (program/award/job), and 2–3 specific accomplishments. Keep Bowen's voice; specific > generic.
