# /council — convene the critic panel

Convene BOTOS's role-critic subagents (in `.claude/agents/`) to review a target from multiple
independent angles at once, then synthesize a decision. This is the one-command answer to
"split roles and get feedback" — you don't hand-author prompts; you name the target.

## What the orchestrator does
1. **Identify the target** from the invocation: a plan file, `git diff`, a specific change, or a design question. If unclear, ask one clarifying question.
2. **Right-size the panel** (blast radius × reversibility × volume; see `runbooks/execution-flow.md`):
   - Trivial/reversible → 1–2 critics. Standard → 3. High-risk/irreversible or "be thorough" → all appl
