把项目的计划、发现和进度以 Markdown 文件存在本地（像 task_plan.md、findings.md、progress.md），当作“磁盘上的工作记忆”。适合需要拆解成多步、会调用很多工具或可能中断的长期任务，能在会话被清空后自动恢复上下文。特别之处是把临时会话信息持久化，防止因 /clear 或上下文丢失而丢掉工作流。

# Planning with Files

Work like Manus: Use persistent markdown files as your "working memory on disk."

## FIRST: Restore Context (v2.2.0)

**Before doing anything else**, check if planning files exist and read them:

1. If `task_plan.md` exists, read `task_plan.md`, `progress.md`, and `findings.md` immediately.
2. Then check for unsynced context from a previous session:
